Update from GSA's IOAs Webinar (Complimentary)

On Tuesday, January 16, the Coalition hosted a virtual meeting focused on the General Services Administration (GSA) Industrial Operations Analysts (IOA) Annual Assessments. Stephanie Shutt, the Director of the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Program Office, provided members with a detailed discussion of several topics, including the scope of IOA assessments and the types of data that should be included, as well as answered questions submitted by members.
