Federal Contractor's COVID-19 Survival Guide Webinar

Federal Contractor's COVID-19 Survival Guide Webinar
You are invited to join the Coalition for a one-hour webinar titled the “Federal Contractor’s COVID-19 Survival Guide.” The purpose of the webinar is to help you prepare for any potential COVID-19 impact on your federal business.

Like you, we’ve been thinking a lot about COVID-19 (aka the coronavirus) lately, and the mountain of misinformation that has followed in its wake. While we concede we have stopped shaking people’s hands, we’re struggling to decipher fact from fiction like everyone else. We regret we can’t help you on that front. But we can lend a hand in understanding the impact of the current public health emergency on your federal contracts. The webinar will be presented by Sheppard Mullin partners Jonathan Aronie, Anne Perry, and Ryan Roberts.

Topics covered will include (among other things): Preserving your rights in the event of delays Communicating with contracting officers Handling DPAS-rated orders Understanding the impact of Section 889 on telecommuting The session is suitable for lawyers, contracts managers, business leaders, and ethics/risk officers. The webinar is scheduled for 2:00 – 3:00PM EST this Thursday, March 19th.  And to be clear, Jonathan, Anne, and Ryan will be presenting from their respective houses to avoid group gatherings!

While this webinar will be complimentary for all Coalition Members, registration IS required.
