Practical Advice for CIO-SP4 Bidders
As part of the Coalition for Government Procurement’s Summer Lunch and Learn Webinar Series, we are pleased to host Jeff Clayton, John Hindman, and Leo Alvarez from Baker Tilly US LLP as they discuss the Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 4 (CIO-SP4) solicitation, which is slated for release in December 2020.

CIO-SP4 is the largest health focused GWAC, and the coming months present a golden opportunity for prospective contractors to carefully consider what this “Best-In-Class” contract could mean to their contract portfolio. 

Baker Tilly will discuss recent communications and draft RFP amendments from NIH’s Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC).  While the draft solicitation has been out for industry consideration since March 2020, questions abound on how NITAAC will address industry comments around teaming, point scoring factors, the two-phase evaluation strategy, and its one contract vehicle structure. 

Jeff, John, and Leo will provide a detailed look at contract requirements and discuss how contractors can work toward bid / no-bid decisions.  The webinar will be broken up into the following three segments:
