Other Transaction Authority (OTA) instruments are a long-standing vehicle that has becoming increasingly popular as a tool to rapidly enter into agreements for research and development and prototype work.

The US Government continues to expand the use of OTA and companies from a large cross-range of sectors and industries are taking notice.  The Coalition is pleased to welcome EY Government Contract Services to outline some of the recent trends and activities of the DOD and their usage of the OTA and some of the key tenets of the OT guide published late in 2018 by DOD.  The discussion will cover the OT guide as well as recent activity regarding the usage of the OT authority by the DOD and other departments of the federal government.
