Manufacturers of covered innovator drugs and biologics under VA’s pricing program need to submit their calculation data by mid-November and establish contract pricing in advance of January 1, 2024. - How 2024 being a statutory “first year” affects the calculation used to derive Federal Ceiling Prices (FCPs).
- Walkthrough of submitting quarterly and annual pricing calculation data to VA’s Pharmacy Benefits Management to establish 2024 FCPs.
- Best practices on modifying FSS contracts in timely fashion, including a review of the FSS forms and the proper way to support price increases during a year when next year’s pricing isn’t automatically capped by the CPI-U.
